OUR NEW POLICIES

Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

WELCOME BACK TO BOWLING

We’re so excited to welcome you back to bowling and playing Grand Station Entertainment! We’re dedicated to protecting our employees and guests. We’ve been working since our closure to develop new operating procedures to ensure proper social distancing and sanitation to protect both your family and ours. Across all of our departments, we’ve crafted detailed guidelines as well as intensive training for operating to our new standards. Below, you’ll find our new operating procedures for this first phase of our re-opening. During this first phase, we are open for bowling only.

What to Expect While Visiting Grand Station

Facial Covering -  By local executive order, applicable to all businesses, As of Monday, June 29th, all guests and staff are required to wear face coverings while inside Grand Station Entertainment. This face covering requirement applies to all who are 10 years of age or older, except when doing any of the following:

  • Eating

  • Drinking

  • Within your Private Bowling Booth

  • While playing Laser Tag

What does this mean? Guests are required to wear a face-covering at Grand Station Entertainment upon entry until you get to your private bowling booth or laser tag game. When you and your group are in your bowling booth or in your laser tag game at a safe social distance from other guests, you are not required to wear a face covering. See our Official Statement

Team Member Health  - All employees and staff entering our business will pass a health check prior to each shift. Anyone showing signs of illness will be sent home. We’re requiring facemasks for all employees. Gloves will also be worn by team members handling sanitation, high-touch surfaces, or food-handling duties. Our team will continue to be leaders in safe sanitation and hygiene practices with thorough hand washing and hand sanitizing every hour or following any guest contact.

Cleaning and Sanitation - We’ve increased cleaning and sanitizing in all public spaces with an emphasis on high-touch surfaces. All staff and employees have received specialized COVID-19 safety and sanitation training for our facility. We’ve also added hand sanitizer stations throughout our building to make it easy for everyone to clean their hands. In addition to cleaning and sanitizing on a consistent basis, we have also implemented the following changes to how we operate:

  • All of our available lanes will be stocked with a variety of house balls on the ball return at the lanes. If you need or would like a different weight/finger hole than what your lane has, please ask for assistance and one of our team members will provide a sanitized ball that fits your needs.

  • Rental Shoes are still sanitized before and after each use.

  • We require that guests leave the bowling balls and rental shoes in their bowling booth.  The bowling balls, rental shoes, and booths will be deep cleaned and sanitized after you leave.

  • Single-use paper menus will be provided to all guests and discarded after each use.

Social Distancing -  We currently have a limited occupancy. While inside Grand Station, Guests and Staff must practice proper social distancing by standing at least 6 feet away from other groups that are not with them. Our team has marked social distancing reminders across the facility to help maintain adequate distancing at all times.

  • We’re implementing online reservations to make it easy to get a lane and eliminating lines.

  • We've spaced our arcade to match health official guidelines for safe operating.

**While every measure has been taken to provide you a safe environment, we are not liable for the health of team members or guests.**

**Please, if you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, please refrain from entering the Grand Station facility.**
