  • A: Outside food is not permitted. However, cakes are allowed with prior approval for birthday celebrations and similar events.

    • Birthday party packages include a dedicated party host throughout your event.

    • Group events with food or catering include a group host to assist during your time.

    • Group events without food do not include a host, but our staff will still support your group as needed.

  • A: Yes.

    • A 10% service fee is applied to all events.

    • An 18% gratuity is added to any event with food or catering, including group meals and birthday parties.

    • Applicable sales tax is also included.

  • A: We’ll do our best to adjust, but your final count is locked in 7 days before your event and will be used for billing.

  • A: Yes! Please notify us of any dietary restrictions when submitting your final menu, and we’ll work to accommodate.

  • A: We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in, get wristbands, and go over your event flow with your host (if applicable).

  • A: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds or rescheduling options depend on how far in advance you notify us. Contact our Events Team for full cancellation policies.

  • A: No deposit is required for field trip bookings. However, we do request a purchase order or written confirmation from your school, district, or organization to reserve your date.

    (Note: All other group events and parties require a 50% deposit to book.)
