A: We’ll do our best to adjust, but your final count is locked in 7 days before your event and will be used for billing.

A: We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in, get wristbands, and go over your event flow with your host (if applicable).
A: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds or rescheduling options depend on how far in advance you notify us. Contact our Events Team for full cancellation policies.
A: No deposit is required for field trip bookings. However, we do request a purchase order or written confirmation from your school, district, or organization to reserve your date.
