BOOKING POLICIES

All events must meet their stated rental and minimum spend (before tax and service fees).

A 10% service fee, 18% gratuity, and applicable tax will be added to all events.

A: No outside food or beverages are allowed. The only exception is specialty cakes, with prior approval.
A: The rental minimum guarantees your private use of The Barn for the reserved time, plus required Food & Beverage spend. Staffing, setup, and cleanup are included.
