Leadership Promotions & Team Growth
This year, we were proud to announce two internal promotions that highlight the continued growth of our leadership team and our focus on hospitality, training, and operational excellence.
Fernando Chavarin was promoted from League Coordinator to Bowling Department Manager. Fernando will now lead our Front of House bowling team with a strong, hospitality-driven mindset, ensuring every guest experience is welcoming, smooth, and memorable. Since joining Grand Station in 2024, Fernando has grown from a Customer Service Representative into a leadership role through dedication, learning, and a passion for guest service.
Jordan Dunckel, previously our Bowling Assistant Manager, was promoted into a newly created role as Training Manager. In this position, Jordan will support training processes across the facility, helping ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for every new team member. Jordan has been part of the Grand Station team since 2023 and has demonstrated consistent growth—starting with hands-on operational work and advancing to serving as a weekly Manager on Duty. By identifying a need, Jordan helped shape a role that strengthens our entire team.
These promotions showcase our commitment to growing our team not just in size, but in knowledge, leadership, and impact. We’re excited to see how the continued efforts of our leadership team influence both team development and the guest experience.
