Book your party below or email us at birthday@grandstationent.com with details about your party. We'll plan and get you off to your party!

  • Arcade Tokens: Redeemable for Laser Tag, Mini-Golf, and Blue Card Readers. Does not include cranes, merchandisers, or coin pusher games.

  • Birthday Packages are valid for children 17 years old and under.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

  • The remaining payment will be made to the card on file no more than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled event. The group is responsible to pay any day-of purchases and add-ons at that time.

  • Service charges and gratuity are added to each party.

​

  • Grand and Party Add-on options and rates are available for pre-booked birthday packages only. Cannot be added day of the event.

  • Day-of add-ons will be added at walk-in rates.

BOOK YOUR PARTY!

BILLING AND DEPOSITThe deposit amount stated above is due upon signature of this agreement to hold your reservation. Remaining invoice payment will be made to card on file no more than three (3) business days prior to scheduled event date unless special arrangements have been made. A final bill, including all receipts, shall be presented at end of your event. Group event package add-ons will be added and billed the following business day. Birthday party package add-ons will be paid the day of event.

CANCELLATION

In the event you choose to cancel your event, you must contact the coordinator directly via email or written request. A deposit refund will only be granted if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to event date.
